Exchange or refund 15 days: upon presentation of the invoice and original packaging. No refund  and exchange on clearance goods.
And
The salesman remains owner of goods until its complete payment. Deposit is exchangeable and non-refundable.
  Terms of Use Aquadiva reserves the right at any time to refuse any return or exchange.  Terms and conditions of this policy may be modified without prior notice. Return • No refund accepted on goods. • Deposit refund authorized within 7 days following original date of deposit. After this expiry period, no refund on deposit will be authorized and only a credit note will be issued by Aquadiva. • Always final sale on:  demos, gift cards, clearance products, discontinued collections, parts, maintenance products and all services. Exchange Exchanges accepted as per following conditions only: a.    Under mandatory presentation of proof of purchase b.    Within 30 days of date of purchase or order c.    Goods must be returned in their original condition and unopened packaging d.    Any opened box, where goods are unused and undamaged, can be exchanged, but  a non-repayable fees of 50% of the cost of the goods will be charged Estimate and Layaway •    Estimate is valid for 30 days and cannot be paired with other promotions or new ones. •    50% (fifty per cent) minimum deposit on all layaways and orders. •    100% of invoice required upon receiving goods at the Store or before any delivery. Shipping and Receipt of goods •    Customer must inspect the goods immediately on receipt. •    Damaged goods must be reported within a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) following receipt of goods, to the attention of: •    The Aquadiva Store where the purchase was made; or •    The customer service at: info@aquadiva.ca Online purchases (www.aquadiva.ca) •    Online purchases are subject to the same policies as mentioned above. •    Online purchases can be exchanged at the Aquadiva Store as per the above mentioned terms. •    Delivery charges are always payable by the customer even if items are credited or exchanged. •    If the customer was entitled to free shipping, the delivery costs will be charged upon return and reshipment of goods (new or exchange). •    The customer is responsible for the loss or damage which could occur during transportation for the exchange.  We recommend a transport service which includes insurance.
